Conditions

Although the other cottages are rented out separately, this house enjoys complete privacy and exclusive use of the outdoor areas. It is possible to rent the entire property including the two cottages under different conditions. The third cottage is occupied by the property manager.

This rental is available only to tenants with an employment contract and payslips, or demonstrable financial solvency. To formalize the rental, the following are required: full prepayment, €10,000 security deposit, €6,000 agency fee + VAT. Utilities (electricity, internet, etc.) are not included in the rent.
